Registration Information

 
  Registration and Reunion Information documents are now available to be downloaded and printed. The documents are currently available only in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, so you will need a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed as either a "plug-in" for your web browser or as a standalone application.

(**If you don't already have Acrobat Reader installed — most browsers do, you can download and install a copy at no charge from the Adobe web site. The URL for the Acrobat Reader is here.)		  
     
  For those who do not have online capability, then the information will be sent to you via US MAIL.
 
  For those of you who have computers, please download and complete the Registration Form and Reunion Information Pages as follows:
  
     
 
  1. Download and print the Registration Form and Reunion Information Pages.
  2. Read the Registration Form first and follow the directions. If you are single or not married to another OHS classmate then fill out Section A. If married to another OHS classmate go directly to Section B.
  3. PLEASE! — Complete the registration form as much as possible and return to the committee even if you will not be attending the reunion. We would like to update our classmate directory information.
  4. Make checks / money orders payable to OHS Class of 1967.
  5. Mail check/money order and completed Registration Form to:

    Southlake, TX 76092

    *NOTE: It is important to use the mailing address above due to an incorrect ZIP Code on the Registration Form.

  6. Make a final decision on your auction donation and contact Linda Tredway Wright (see the Information pages for contact info).
  7. Check the web site often for updates and Have a GREAT Summer. We are looking forward to seeing you in October!

  To the Class of 1967.... A group of volunteers are working very hard to contact every person in our class of 1967 either by phone or email. If you have NOT been contacted as of April 25th (approx. date of this posting) then please send your complete name, address and zip, phone, email address and spouse's name to the email addresses posted above or to Susan Henry-Busch at 820 Primrose Lane, Southlake, TX 76092. (817-481-2418) If you are married to someone from another class please indicate their full name and year that they graduated.  
     
  FYI..... We have contacted most of the class reunion organizers for classes of '66, '68 and '69 and working on class of '65. We are inviting these classes to join us for a weekend of laughs, reminiscing and visiting. IF the class reunion organizers from those classes are willing to work on this project, then those respective classmates will be contacted. Otherwise, invitations will be by word of mouth and through the reunion notifications in the newspapers. We will post the contacts for the respective classes as soon as we have that information or post instructions otherwise.
